If something isn't right with your order, please contact us immediately as all damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

We accept returns and exchanges for up to 14 days after delivery of the product (per the carrier’s tracking system) only if the product was defective or damaged in shipment.* If 14 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please send us an email with your order number in the subject line along with details outlining the reason for your return request and if approved, we will issue you a return authorization number and provide details on where to ship your product. RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.

*If the product is damaged unintentionally or intentionally by customer we reserve the right to deny a full refund, but may issue a partial refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of time.


If you are waiting for a refund, be sure to check with your bank or credit card company, depending on your original form of payment, and contact them if needed as it may take some time before your refund is processed and officially posted. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased but was shipped to the person who purchased the gift, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment to the purchaser if the return is approved.

If you are the recipient of a gift and need to exchange it subject to the policy described above, then the item may be exchanged, but a refund will not be granted.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In addition, shipping costs are non-refundable and all refunds will be issued less shipping charges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered to us.
